What we do
Water Softener Connect is a free referral and matching service. We connect homeowners with independent local water treatment companies. We are not a contractor, we do not perform any work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a company you hire. When you submit a request, we may share it with up to 5 participating companies that serve your area and the type of work you need. Each participating company that receives your request pays us a fee. You pay us nothing and are never obligated to hire anyone.
No guarantees
We work to match you with licensed, insured companies, but we do not guarantee the quality, timing, price or results of any work. Before hiring, verify each company's license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (or your state's licensing agency), get written quotes and review the company's warranty. Any cost information on this site is general guidance; actual prices are set by the companies that quote your project. Participating companies are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents or partners, and we don't control their work, prices, schedules or warranties.
Your request
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to request work at the property. By submitting a request and checking the consent box, you agree that we may share your request with up to 5 participating companies listed on our Participating Companies page, and that we and those companies may contact you about it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Use of the site
Don't misuse the site, submit false requests, attempt to access it by automated means in a way that harms it, or copy its content without permission. Site content is provided for general information only and is not professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Water Softener Connect is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from work performed by any company you hire. Your dealings with any company are solely between you and that company.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we may update these terms. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Third-party links
The site may link to other websites, such as licensing lookups or information sources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
