Water SoftenerConnect

Grow Your Business with Homeowner Requests

Water Softener Connect connects homeowners who are actively looking for help with licensed local water treatment companies. If you want more water treatment jobs in the Phoenix metro, we'd like to talk.

Why work with Water Softener Connect

Homeowners asking about softeners and reverse osmosis are actively shopping for a system and want a local company to test their water and quote it.

  • Requests come from homeowners who filled out a form asking to be contacted about their project
  • Each request goes to no more than 5 companies that serve the homeowner's ZIP code and the service they need
  • You choose your service area and the types of jobs you want
  • Simple pricing that's agreed up front, with a clear policy for invalid requests (wrong numbers, out-of-area, duplicates)

How lead pricing works

You see the job before you pay, and you only pay for the requests you choose to buy. Your first lead is free. After that there's no contract, no deposit and no monthly fee: keep a card on file and you're charged only when you buy a lead.

  1. A homeowner submits a request

You get a text or app alert with the job type, city, ZIP code and the homeowner's description. Their name and phone number stay hidden until you buy.

  2. Tap Buy or Pass

Buying charges that lead's price to the card on your business profile and unlocks the homeowner's contact details right away. There's no deposit to make. Passing costs nothing.

  3. Up to 5 companies can buy each request

The homeowner asked to compare quotes, so a request is shared with no more than 5 companies. It stops selling after 5 buyers or 48 hours.

Each later buyer pays 10% less than the one before
BuyerPriceExample: $40 lead
1stFull price$40
2nd90%$36
3rd81%$32
4th73%$29
5th66%$26

Example only. Lead prices are set by job type and shown before you buy. The discount reflects that later buyers are competing with more companies.

Who we work with

We only send requests to companies that give us an active Arizona ROC license number and proof of liability insurance, and we ask every company to contact homeowners promptly. Our reputation depends on homeowners having a good experience, so responsiveness matters as much as price.

  • Active Arizona ROC license for the work
  • General liability insurance
  • Respond to new requests quickly, ideally within an hour during business hours
  • Honest, written quotes

How to get started

  1. Reach out

Email us at hello@watersoftenerconnect.com with your company name, ROC license number, service area and the types of jobs you want.

  2. Quick call

We'll confirm your coverage area, the volume you can handle and pricing.

  3. Start receiving requests

Requests are delivered by text and email as they come in, with everything you need to follow up.

Our policy is to limit how many companies we work with in each service area, so each request goes to no more than 5 companies.

What each request includes

Every request comes with the details you need to follow up quickly and quote accurately, so your team isn't starting from zero.

  • The homeowner's first name, phone number and ZIP code (email when provided)
  • The type of work they selected and any details they typed in
  • The page they came from, which often tells you exactly what problem they're researching
  • Confirmation that they agreed to be contacted about their request

Fast follow-up matters. A homeowner who just asked for help is expecting a call, so a prompt, clear response is the best first impression you can make.

Frequently asked questions

Are the requests shared with other companies?

Yes. Each request may be shared with up to 5 participating companies that serve the homeowner's ZIP code and the service they chose, and with fewer where fewer companies take part. Each company that receives a request pays a fee for it. Homeowners expect to compare quotes, so a water test, a clear explanation and an itemized price help you win the job.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract is required. Before you receive anything, we agree on pricing, the ZIP codes you cover and the job types you want. You can pause during busy weeks or stop entirely with notice, and your settings can be adjusted as your crew or schedule changes.

What if a request is bad?

We have a clear credit policy for invalid requests, such as disconnected or wrong phone numbers, duplicate submissions, or homeowners outside the area you agreed to cover. We review it with you before you start, so you know exactly which requests qualify for a credit and how to report one.
